Hundreds of Sanctuary Runners, Volunteers and Supporters will be taking part in this year’s race.
Coming hot on the heels of last week’s National Solidarity Run, Sanctuary Runners athletes and volunteers will be out in force once again this weekend when we make our presence felt in the 45th Dublin Marathon, which takes place on Sunday, 25 October. 
Always an important fixture on the Sanctuary Runners calendar, this year we will have over 60 runners and 70 plus volunteers from our communities all over Ireland proudly donning our iconic blue shirts to spread our message of solidarity, friendship and respect across the streets of Dublin on the day.
We are particularly excited to be exhibiting at the Dublin Marathon Expo for the first time.
Whether you’re collecting your race number or accompanying a runner, make sure you stop by our stand at M1 where you can find out all about Sanctuary Runners, pick up one of our signature running tops, buffs or bobble hats, and, even more importantly, enter our competition for a chance to win a highly sought after place in next year’s race.
Do make sure you call by and say hello. We’d love to see you there. The Expo takes place at RDS Simmonscourt on Friday 23 and Saturday 24 October.
If you miss us at the Expo, you won’t miss us out on the course, where the Sanctuary Runners cheering zone provides a much needed energy boost for runners in the last few miles.
