Sanctuary Runners’ growth and impact rely on strong partnerships with organisations that help us expand opportunities and support integration. Since we started, we have been fortunate to benefit from the support of a wide range of organisations.

We are proud to work with partners including:

  • Athletics Ireland — providing access to structured events, coaching, and competitions
  • Swim Ireland — extending our activities to water-based programmes for members
  • Sport Ireland — supporting educational resources around physical activity, health, and wellbeing
  • Canoeing Ireland — introducing community paddling activities
  • Parkrun — connecting members with weekly 5k events to encourage regular activity and social engagement
  • Intact Insurance — supporting our operational capacity and programmes through strategic collaboration

In addition, we collaborate with local sports clubs, community organisations, NGOs and government bodies, all of which help us reach more people, provide diverse activities, and foster safe, welcoming spaces.
