Would you like to learn to swim or to build your confidence in the water? Join our qualified Swim Ireland coaches and lifeguards for a safe and fun open water swimming programme this summer.

• Location: Dunmore East
• When: Starting Wednesday 22nd July for a 6 week programme
• Time: 5:15pm-6:15pm
• Wetsuits will be provided
• Participants must arrange their own transport to and from the sessions
